Versatile Ironworkers, Saws
New ironworkers, a new vertical tilt-frame and a horizontal mitering saw from Marvel Manufacturing improve operating productivity and part quality.

In Booth C-27097, Marvel Manufacturing Company, Inc. (Oshkosh, WI), a manufacturer of metal cutting saws and ironworkers, will display several new products, including a new line of ironworkers with newly upgraded features that include LED lighting, external stroke controls and a removable T-slot table. According to the manufacturer, these ironworkers offer a quiet punching system and versatility. They have one of the lowest rake angled flat bar shears, allowing users to experience the least distorted cut possible on both the front and drop side of the machine. This new line offers five work stations, allowing the operator to punch, shear and notch with ease and quality.
The company will also introduce the newly designed 380M vertical tilt-frame saw that boasts several new features. The 380M is a smaller capacity saw with hydraulic clamping vises, direct force sensing electric ball screw feed and 60 deg mitering capabilities. It also offers patented quick change blade guides, infinitely variable blade speed, 0 or 3 deg canted column and an infeed/outfeed roller lift. Also on display will be the versatile new SA330WPC Horizontal Mitering Saw that features programmable control and high capacity hold downs. The SA330WPC utilizes a 1 in blade with miter cutting at +45 deg, hydraulic controlled down feed, 27.5 in hydraulic controlled shuttle feed, a 5 hp blade drive motor and a hydraulic frame return along with full-capacity vises.
