Booth 1308: The easy to operate, space-saving Quick Vision Active CNC vision measuring system from Mitutoyo America uses advanced functionality to meet many contact and noncontact measuring needs. It is highly efficient and flexible, offering a wide field of view with interchangeable objective zoom lenses to meet the challenges of measuring small to large features.
Booth 1308: Lever-type dial test indicators from Mitutoyo America provide increased durability, sensitivity and readability with a wide array of styli and ruby tips for probing of many applications. A glare-free flat crystal face allows easy viewing of graduations. An O-ring seal on the bezel provides smooth rotation and prevents oil and dust from contaminating the dial face. A flange was added to prevent the bezel from becoming detached during use.

Flexible, Highly Efficient CNC Vision Measuring of Small to Large Features
Highly efficient and flexible, the Quick Vision Active CNC vision measuring system from Mitutoyo America uses advanced functionality to meet many contact and noncontact measuring needs in a wide field of view with interchangeable objective zoom lenses to meet the challenges of measuring small to large features.

Force Measurement in the Palm of Your Hand
DFG Series basic digital force gages from Starrett are ideal for peak measurements in either tension or compression directions for quality assurance managers on the shop floor or in a research and development setting that performs batch testing on the move or in small quantities.

Advanced Measurement Systems for the Shop Floor or the Lab
The 3-axis SprintMVP benchtop measurement system from RAM Optical Instrumentation is one of several inspection systems and software from QVI that help to reduce inspection cycles and increase accuracy on a wide range of complex part configurations.

How a Small Shop Can Automate Their Quality Processes
Ideal for aerospace, automotive, medical, oil and gas, and other industries, the Inspection Manager QMS design and manufacturing inspection platform from HighQA enables shops of any size, small to enterprise, to automate their entire internal and external manufacturing and quality processes by integrating design, manufacturing, and inspection requirements.

Does Your Metal Pass the Test? Instant Metal Identification
The portable Watson II XRF analyzer from Tribogenics has a Silicon Drift Detector that allows fabricators to instantly verify metal composition and avoid using incorrect or out-of-specification alloys.

Never Chase Non-Conformance Without Adequate Data Again
A complete digital thread of state-of-the-art dimensional inspection services from ETS Power Group takes on the tough jobs using novel and unique techniques that can precisely inspect the most complex and challenging parts.

Innovative Wireless Manual Gauge Puts Measurements in the Operator’s Hand
The i-Wave2 wireless manual gauge from Marposs features an integrated 1.8 in color display and licensed Bluetooth technology that puts measurement directly into the user’s hand without requiring a computer, helping to save time and money, as well as avoiding operator mistakes.

CT-Based Coordinate Measuring Machines
The METROTOM CT-based coordinate measuring machine from Zeiss is ideal for flexibly measuring and inspecting a wide range of applications regarding the dimensional size and material density in one X-ray scan, including hybrid parts made from different materials such as plastic, ceramics or composite materials, as well as magnesium, aluminum and steel.

How to Take the Work Out of Quality Compliance
Isolocity is a cloud-based all-in-one quality management system that eliminates all of the paper-based processes once required for managing quality in a facility by automating the tasks involved with quality management.

Affordable Pin Gage Sets
Affordable pin gage sets from Meyer Gage are ideal to measure hole sizes, calculate distances between holes, gage slot widths, and also Go/No-Go measuring of hole sizes and depths, checking hole location and distance, and setting micrometers.

Motorized Rotary Stage Moves 2D Measurements to Full 360 Degrees
The large CoreX2 Field of View system from OASIS can measure multiple dimensions on a part to an accuracy of up to ±.0002 in and, with the addition of the new Motorized Rotary Stage, can rotate parts a full 360 deg to get profile images and measurements from every aspect of the part.

Ultrafast Metals Analysis of a Wide Range of Alloys
To check incoming raw materials or finished parts very quickly, the Vulcan LIBS handheld metals analyzer from Oxford Instruments takes only one second to measure metal alloys at very high accuracy and precision, then uses advanced cloud-based reporting tools for analysis.

Scanning Probes Speed up Coating Thickness Testing
The 456 Coating Thickness Gauge from Elcometer uses three optional Ultra/Scan probes to measure coating thickness on either ferrous (F) metals or non-ferrous metals (NF) metals.
