In Booth A5094, Green Valley Manufacturing Inc. (Mt. Zion, IL) will be exhibiting the Mini-Titan, one of their newly designed custom die carts from the Titan Die Cart Line. The Mini-Titan is a low capacity standard die cart line with a 250 lb to 2,000 lb capacity range that demonstrates the same great quality and longevity and many of the great features that built the Titan name. The Mini-Titan series is safer and faster than using a forklift or manual pump cart and is designed with a variable height deck (or decks) with manual cart mobility via ergonomic push handle. The standard design allows the company to respond to users’ die handling needs with minimal lead times. Newly designed features for the 2017 Mini-Titan include a power transfer system up to 2,000 lb capacity and an ergonomic powered tiller drive.

Green Valley is known for a spring-loaded suspension system allowing easy unloaded work horse placement, and they have announced that they are now in the engineering, testing, and product development phase of a low capacity line of work horses that also offers easy caster movement and placement for units supporting less than 5,000 lb.
