The re-designed Tag Master 3 from Kwik Mark Inc. (McHenry, IL) uses dot peen technology to permanently mark industrial components. This automatic feeder/marker was developed to eliminate the problematic tag feeding issues of escaping tags from the bottom of the magazine. The tags are transferred from the top to eliminate the jamming, scratching, and other problems associated with bottom feed “coin changer” type escapements. This also means thickness tolerance, sharp edges, etc. are no longer issues.  The machine is available with a Print Queue Driver that allows multiple users to download job menus, variables, quantities, etc. This system and its software are designed and manufactured in a clean, state-of-the-art facility using modern CNC equipment to the industry’s most stringent quality control.
