In Booth A-2137, Sangiacomo Presses Americas LLC (Huntsville, AL) will demonstrate their T63 RCE Mechanical C-frame back geared press, along with versatile Zehnder Sommer precise feeding, fast production grippers and roll feeders. C-Frame presses with an intermediate reduction gear provide higher tonnage at reduced nominal speeds and are suitable for blanking, punching, forming, coining and deep drawing. The adjustable stroke helps achieve higher productivity, better component quality, longer die life, and increased flexibility. The standard configuration of this press is:
- 70 tons, 36 to 90 SPM
- Adjustable stroke 12 mm (.4 in) to 140 mm (5.5 in)
- Hydraulic overload system
