These flexible punching and bending machines use a high degree of automation, including simple-to-operate software. No additional employees are needed for adjustments, which saves significant time during operations. Each modular machine possesses ten or four tool stations that are all MultiTool-capable. Using new 3in1 MultiTools, the larger FlexPunch can be equipped with up to 28 punches, while the smaller FlexPunch compact can be equipped with up to ten, plus a cutting station.

The smaller footprint of the FlexPunch compact is ideal for production in limited space. Both machines offer many customized options – including form taps, sorting stations, different marking systems and endless adaptations – along with the possible retrofit and automation of current fabrication processes.
