Booth D-45748: The stainless steel Minicoater roll coater lubrication system from LSP Industries dispenses precise amounts of fluids through a unique built-in manifold system when the press cycles for partial strip lubrication and top and/or bottom-only lubrication. Roller materials available include Heavy Duty Felt for medium to heavy films, Smooth Polyurethane for a smooth thin film, and Sure Grab Polyurethane for a course grainy film.

In Booth D-45748, LSP Industries Inc. (Rockford, IL) will display their new Minicoater roll coater lubrication system. These stainless steel units are extremely rugged and are built to stand up to tough metal stamping environments. The MiniCoater is available in five sizes ranging from one inch up to 12 in wide. They are designed to dispense precise amounts of fluids through a unique built-in manifold system when the press cycles. This design allows for partial strip lubrication, as well as top and/or bottom-only lubrication. These systems are available with three types of roller material: Heavy Duty Felt for medium to heavy films, Smooth Polyurethane for a smooth thin film, and Sure Grab Polyurethane for a course grainy film.
