Bilsing Automation’s (Attendorn, Germany) spring suction cup holders provide high precision during high-speed lateral operations, such as automated stacking, in the pressroom. They also can extend handling-system reach while providing the support needed to move the load for high stability and production safety.
Used with gripping systems and robot arms, the aluminum assemblies adjust to height variations by providing consistent cup pressure when picking up each panel. Their softer touch lessens impact to the component and machine and increases cup life.
The holders mount to most lifting frames and have a variety of fittings to connect with the vacuum-generating system. Featuring integrated crash sensor and part detection, they’re available with or without venturi nozzles.
Available in three sizes, they can be paired with any Bilsing vacuum cup.
