The LeanDrum CF washer from Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group LLC (Cincinnati, OH) is an energy-efficient wash, rinse and blow-off solution for high-volume cleaning needs and cold forming applications.
Featuring robust stainless steel tanks, pumps, drum and housing, and premium electrical components, the machine provides full immersion and spray cleaning. This eliminates energy losses seen in traditional spray systems that cause significant heat loss and chemical usage.
The baffled tank ensures clean solution is applied to parts and enables separation of non-emulsified oils. The forced air-drying system quickly dries parts. The design lowers chemical usage and improves oil control, resulting in a longer bath life. Because of the solution-delivery system, foam control is no longer an issue.
Designed for quick and safe access that allows for easy drum inspection, cleaning, and maintenance, the system is supported by hardened rollers that provide years of service with no downtime. The result is high-quality cleaning and extended machine life.
Footprint: 4.7 feet wide by 9.7 feet long by 5 feet tall. Production rate: 12 cubic feet/hour at 2 RPM design drum speed, with a variable-speed drive capable of 1 to 3 RPMs.
