Sold in the United States by Gosiger (Dayton, OH), energy-efficient Kleen Power (KP) vacuum washers manufactured by the Italian company Industrial Finishing Plants (iFP) reuse hydrocarbons or modified alcohol in a fully contained process that removes contaminants from hard-to-reach areas on complex formed and turned parts. Designated by weight capacity (in kilograms), four KP.HMA models – the 50, 100, 150, and 200 – are designed for high-production, high-contamination manufacturing environments. They run four to eight cycles per hour.
Standard features include high-pressure spray pumps, vacuum pumps, cryogenic abatement system, sludge stripping distiller, washing liquid loading/unloading hermetic system, washing liquid filtering, double washing liquid storage tank, and touchscreen operating panel.
Options include ultrasound transducers for ultrasound washing, third washing liquid tank, protective agent application unit, additional filtering units, and automatic load-handling systems.
