With an innovative modular design and advanced filter technology, Senturion has a small footprint per CFM. The Senturion line moves RoboVent beyond its traditional focus on metalworking and welding with a unit optimized for bulk and powder applications and for other heavy-duty industrial applications.

“RoboVent has extensive experience with dust collector design and engineering for bulk and powder applications,” said Rick Kreczmer, president of RoboVent. “But, historically, our focus has been more on welding, cutting, grinding and machining. We’re still serving those industries, but with Senturion, we can address the needs of virtually any industry and any dust collection application. We’re now better positioned to serve our bulk and powder clients and extend our reach in challenging markets, such as surface mining, seed conditioning, abrasive blasting, and pharmaceuticals.”

Senturion will be RoboVent’s new flagship industrial dust collector. With its modular components, it can be adapted to many applications, including food processing, pharmaceutical, surface prep, abrasive blasting, surface mining, recycling, plastic production and other challenging environments.

Senturion is built using 2- and 4-cartridge frames, which can be put together in different configurations. This approach allows the dust collector to be sized precisely for the application, from an individual welding booth to an entire facility. Mix-and-match intakes, hoppers, fire and explosion safety options, and after-filters provide numerous opportunities for customization.

“Senturion is the most flexible dust collector on the market today,” said Alysha Yinger, director of engineering. “It was designed from the ground up for versatility, durability, and performance. With our modular approach, it can be sized and customized for just about any application, including heavy powder, abrasive dust, combustible dust, ultra-fine particulate, and even gases,
vapors, and odors.”

With standardized frames and components, Senturion ships fast and minimizes installation time, so manufacturers can get their dust collection systems up and running quickly. Senturion was also designed for easy maintenance, with filters and dust bins easily accessible for faster service calls.

Senturion features:

  • Tough cabinet construction with 7- and 11-gauge steel. The cabinet is powder-coated inside and out for longevity and is backed by a 15-year workmanship warranty.
  • RoboVent PleatLock® filters, which maximize the available filter media in the cartridge. They capture more dust with fewer filters, minimizing floorspace requirements for the dust collector.
  • An advanced pulsing system that gets more dust off of the filters to extend filter life and reduce maintenance requirements.
  • Snap-Lock filter technology and a filter change tool to enabler fast, easy filter changes without entering the collector.
  • Intake options for: ducted or ambient dust collection, abrasive dust collection and spark control.
  • Optional HEPA or activated carbon after-filters for control of ultra-fine particulate, vapors, gases, and odors. These are used for clean-room applications or for applications producing noxious fumes or odors, such as recycling or chemical production.
  • Advanced fire and explosion protection options that meet OSHA standards and NFPA guidelines for control of flammable or combustible dust. Options include choice of sprinkler system, CO2 fire suppression or FM-200 chemical fire suppressant and
explosion protection packages rated for ST1 and ST2 combustible dust.

“With Senturion, we listened to our customers and reimagined the industrial dust collector around the challenges they needed to solve,” said Frank Cea, RoboVent’s director of marketing and development. “Smaller footprint. Faster install. More options. Senturion is one tough dust collector that is ready for anything.”
