Mark Dilling Named Director of Service for BLM Group USA

(Novi, MI) BLM GROUP USA, a global leader in the manufacture of tube and flat sheet processing solutions, has announced the appointment of Mark Dilling as Director of Service, responsible for the U.S. and Canada. In this position, Mark assumes a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer service. This incorporates overseeing machine installation, tech support, training, maintenance and repairs.
Dilling has over 20 years’ experience in the machine tool service sector with supervisory positions at DMG Mori, Mazak Optronics Corporation, where he was responsible for the entire North American region, and ZYGO Corporation. Prior to working for these companies, he had been a field service engineer at both TRUMPF and Cincinnati Inc.
Dilling received an associate degree in Computer Science from Quinsigamond College.
