COE Press Equipment Adds Regional Service Technicians; Expands Network

The hubs are run by a regional service technician with access to custom-designed service vans stocked with tools and replacement components.

COE has established two new regional service hubs in Detroit, Mich., and Bowling Green, Ky., to better serve the needs of customers in these regions.

(Sterling Heights, MI) COE Press Equipment, a leading provider of coil processing equipment to the metal stamping and fabrication industries, has announced the expansion of its service offerings with the establishment of two new Regional Service Hubs – one in Detroit and one in Bowling Green. These hubs are run by a dedicated Regional Service Technician with access to custom-designed service vans stocked with tools and standard replacement components, providing efficient maintenance and repair of on-site equipment, in addition to other service support.

“COE has always focused on providing a high level of service to our customers, not only for supporting our equipment, but also for improving the performance of other brands,” said President Reid Coe.  “The establishment of these service hubs allows us to provide even faster and more dedicated service to our customers and potential customers, asserting that COE is will always be there to make things right.”

Detroit Service Hub:  The Detroit service office is run by Regional Service Technician William “Mick” Barnard. An eight-year employee of COE, Barnard has an in-depth understanding of coil processing applications, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and repair. This center serves Michigan, Northern Ohio and Indiana.

Bowling Green Service Hub:  The Bowling Green service hub is run by Regional Service Technician Aaron Whitworth. Whitworth has been with Coe for five years is experienced in all aspects of feed line operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. This center’s service reach includes Kentucky, Tennessee, southern Ohio, and southern Indiana.

In addition to these regional service locations, COE also has a Regional Service Hub in Monterrey, Mexico to serve the Mexico market.

COE’s extensive service offering includes 24/7/365 technical support, preventative maintenance programs, production support, parts inventory, and technical training – either on-site or at COE.  Additionally, COE can provide value-added upgrades, retrofits and refurbishment for both mechanical and controls capabilities for COE, or other brand equipment.  Complete information on these offerings is available at https://cpec.com/service/
