Jan is driving the expansion of the ANCA portfolio with groundbreaking solutions in line with ANCA's innovative spirit of helping tool manufacturers maximize their outcomes and face current challenges. Jan has an academic background in Mechanical Engineering that is applied in commercial and B2B professional experience, and extensive international experience across various manufacturing verticals providing automation, integration and traceability solutions. All of these apply to modern tool manufacturing with the concepts of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and lights-out manufacturing that have been receiving a lot of traction in recent years.
