ESAB’s new PowerCut™ 1300 and 1600 manual cutting packages pack big cutting power into a lightweight package while simplifying operation, reducing set-up time and enhancing consumable life.
Scotchman® Industries introduces the new Dual Operator 135 ton Hydraulic Ironworker. This machine has a hydraulic system designed with two pumps to insure both operations have full hydraulic pressure and speed, complete with two valves, two stroke controls and two remote foot pedals.
B&K’s the 2DFR Supermill® is a highly flexible metal door frame roll former, designed to manufacture a wide range of metal door frame profiles without changing the roll tooling. B&K 2DFR Supermill® System utilizes patented technology to provide the ability to adjust for material gauge and the profile dimensions.
MultiCam’s 6000 Plasma machine is made for heavy metal processing. Designed for manufacturers who need to cut heavy plate or need a large processing area without sacrificing accuracy or cut quality, the 6000 Series can be outfitted with multiple cutting heads and cutting options that include the Hypertherm HPR-130 and HPR-260 high definition plasma systems.
RAS Systems will be showing the 78 Series UpDownBend folding machine. The unique performance of this machine makes it world class. It can fold 126 in of 9 ga mild steel (.150 in) up and down with its standard 8 in tall upper beam tools.

SteelMax LLC offers a 14 in metal cutting saw that cuts metal cool and clean without burring, heat distortion or sparking. Designed for cutting mild steel, stainless and aluminum, the model S14 cuts faster, cleaner, safer and more affordably than other metal cutting equipment.
Bluco’s Demmeler modular fixturing system features accurate five-sided welding tables made of high tensile strength steel. Hardening of these tables is offered as an option. Benefits include sliding and abrasion wear resistance, a non-stick surface for weld spatter, rust resistance and inhibiting of carbon migration to stainless steels.
MTC Software offers ProNest, its advanced nesting software solution. ProNest’s intuitive interface allows even the most inexperienced user to navigate the application with ease. The program offers many optional software modules, including automatic nesting, chain cutting, bridge cutting, remnant nesting, 3D PIPE development, 3D CAD import functionality and much more.
Finn-Power’s C5 Compact Express adds unmanned operation to the C5 turret punch press versatility through highly compact load/unload automation. The 20 station, 33 ton C5 servo hydraulic turret punch press has a maximum sheet capacity of 50 in x 100 in (1270 mm x 2500 mm) and is available with either Siemens or Fanuc CNC control.
Weldcraft offers its TIG welding torches and accessories, including the company’s new LS17 TIG torch, its premium line of tungsten, and the Triad™ tungsten grinder. Weldcraft’s LS17 air-cooled TIG torch features a styled soft-grip handle to improve overall maneuverability, along with an easily interchangeable fingertip switch.
