H-13 EJECTOR SLEEVES NITRIDED FOR OPTIMUM WEAR RESISTANCE

A new line of ejector sleeves that are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and nitrided on the inside and outside surfaces for optimum wear resistance are being introduced by Regal Components, Inc. ESL H-13 Nitrided Ejector Sleeves are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel and nitrided on the ID and OD to Rc 65-74.

NEXT-GENERATION ROTARY INDEXER IS LEAN AND MEAN

The evolution of the Hardinge 5C rotary system began in 1901 with the production of Hardinge’s first 5C collet. Hardinge introduced the 5C “threaded-nose” spindle in 1940 on a precision bench lathe. In the 1960s they manufactured a 5C manual indexer using their threaded-nose spindle and collet closer design.

NEW LOW PROFILE RADIAL POLE CHUCKS WITH SOLID TOP PLATES

SAV North America, the North American subsidiary of Spann Automations Normteiletechnik (SAV) GmbH of Nuremberg, Germany, is introducing a line of radial pole chucks in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. These chucks for OD, ID, and face grinding and turning operations range in size from 6 in to 16 in diameters (150 mm to 40 mm) and low profiles from 2.2 in to 2.9 in (57 mm to 75 mm).
